Il Razzie Award for Worst Actor è un premio annuale assegnato dai Golden Raspberry Awards al peggior attore dell'anno. Di seguito sono elencati i vari attori che sono stati nominati, e che hanno vinto in questa categoria. Il premio comprende anche coppie, attrici travestite o oggetti di scena, come Bruce lo Squalo. Il premio è stato assegnato per la prima volta durante il 1980. L'attore che ha ottenuto più riconoscimenti in questa categoria è Sylvester Stallone con quattro premi, seguito da Kevin Costner con due. Dal 1980 sino ad oggi solo un vincitore ha accettato il premio in persona, ed è stato Tom Green per Freddy Got Fingered. Gli unici attori italiani a venire nominati nella categoria sono stati Luciano Pavarotti per Yes, Giorgio (1982), Adriano Giannini per Travolti dal destino (2002) e Roberto Benigni per Pinocchio (2002); quest'ultimo inoltre si è aggiudicato il premio nel 2002.
Durante l'ultima edizione il premio è stato assegnato all'attore Adam Sandler per le sue interpretazioni in Jack e Jill e Mia moglie per finta.
