Charles Eugene Patrick "Pat" Boone (Jacksonville, 1 giugno 1934) è un cantante e attore statunitense.

Biografia [modifica]
Nato in Florida, ma cresciuto in Texas, da un impresario edile e da un'infermiera, Charles Eugene Patrick Boone, viene scoperto da un talent scout dopo aver partecipato a un programma radiofonico.
Fra gli anni '50 e '60 gira alcuni film per poi tornare alla musica, scrivendo ed eseguendo musiche per diverse pellicole quali: Striptease, Basta guardare il cielo, Pleasantville e Superman Returns.
Ha partecipato alla campagna elettorale di George W. Bush. In Italia ha partecipato al Festival di Sanremo 1966 con Mai mai mai Valentina, cantata con Giorgio Gaber, e Se tu non fossi qui, eseguita in coppia con Peppino Gagliardi.
I suoi maggiori successi furono I'll Be Home, April Love, Friendly Persuasion, Love Letters In The Sand e Words. È cugino dell'attore Richard Boone.
