Pat Boone
Charles Eugene Patrick "Pat" Boone (Jacksonville, 1 giugno 1934) è un cantante e attore statunitense.

Nato in Florida, ma cresciuto in Texas, da un impresario edile e da un'infermiera, Charles Eugene Patrick Boone, viene scoperto da un talent scout dopo aver partecipato a un programma radiofonico.
Fra gli anni '50 e '60 gira alcuni film per poi tornare alla musica, scrivendo ed eseguendo musiche per diverse pellicole quali: Striptease, Basta guardare il cielo, Pleasantville e Superman Returns.
Ha partecipato alla campagna elettorale di George W. Bush. In Italia ha partecipato al Festival di Sanremo 1966 con Mai mai mai Valentina, cantata in abbinamento con Giorgio Gaber, e Se tu non fossi qui, eseguita in coppia con Peppino Gagliardi.
I suoi maggiori successi furono I'll Be Home, April Love, Friendly Persuasion, Love Letters In The Sand e Words. È cugino dell'attore Richard Boone.
