La City of Leeds è un distretto metropolitano con status di city del West Yorkshire, Inghilterra, Regno Unito, con sede nella città omonima.
Il distretto fu creato con il Local Government Act 1972, il 1º aprile 1974 dalla fusione del county borough di Leeds con i distretti urbani di Aireborough, Horsforth, Morley, Otley, Pudsey, Rothwell, parte del distretto rurale di Tadcaster, il distretto rurale di Wetherby e il distretto rurale di Wharfedale.
