Questo è l'elenco dei capi di governo del Grecia moderna, dalla sua istituzione durante la Rivoluzione Greca al presente. Anche se sono state utilizzate diverse denominazioni ufficiali e semiufficiali durante i primi decenni dello Stato indipendente, il titolo di Primo Ministro è divenuta la designazione ufficiale dell'incarico almeno dal 1843. Si noti che la numerazione nell'elenco è arbitraria e non ha valore ufficiale.
