Devon Hughes (New Rochelle New York, 1° agosto 1972) è un wrestler statunitense attualmente sotto contratto con la Total Nonstop Action dove lotta con il nome di Brother Devon. In passato ha combattuto per la Extreme Championship Wrestling e per la World Wrestling Entertainment come D-Von Dudley.

È parte del Team 3D (un tempo Dudley Boyz), un tag team a cui appartiene anche Mark Lamonica (Brother Ray); i due, secondo le storyline, sono fratelli. I due wrestler compongono uno dei tag team di maggiore successo nella storia del wrestling professionistico. Il Team 3D è occasionalmente anche una stable; ciò accade quando al duo si affianca Matt Hyson (Brother Runt), fratello dei due per questioni di storyline.
