Jeff Pilson (Lake Forest, Illinois, 19 gennaio 1959) è un bassista heavy metal statunitense, noto per aver fatto parte della band Dokken ed altre band come i Dio, Michael Schenker Group, War & Peace e Foreigner.

Negli anni ottanta fu membro della heavy metal band Dokken e negli anni novanta dei Dio e Michael Schenker Group. Egli è attualmente impegnato nel suo progetto, i War & Peace, una heavy metal band statunitense, oltre a lavorare con l'ex chitarrista dei Dokken George Lynch, in un progetto chiamato "Lynch/Pilson", ed essere membro dei Foreigner. Egli suonò anche nella band Wild Horses (da non confondere con l'omonima band britannica).

Pur ricoprendo il ruolo di bassista Jeff è polistrumentista.

Jeff suonò anche negli Steel Dragon, una band composta apposta per il film Rock Star del 2001 nel quale erano compresi anche Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne) e Jason Bonham (anche lui membro dei Foreigner, nonché figlio dello storico batterista dei Led Zeppelin John Bonham). Attualmente è il produttore della band heavy metal Benedictum.
