La FA Cup 1965-66 è stata l'ottantacinquesima edizione del torneo calcistico più vecchio del mondo. Vinse per la 3ª volta nella sua storia l'Everton che sconfisse per 3-2 lo Sheffield Wednesday nella finale unica disputata il 14 maggio 1966 a Wembley.
