Hal Lindes
Hal Lindes, all'anagrafe Harold Andrew Lindes (Monterey, 30 giugno 1953), è un chitarrista e compositore statunitense di origini russe. Possiede anche la nazionalità del Regno Unito.

Tra il 1980 e il 1985 ha fatto parte della rock band inglese Dire Straits, suonando la chitarra ritmica negli album Love over Gold e Alchemy. Lindes lasciò il gruppo guidato da Mark Knopfler per riprendere a dedicarsi all'attività prediletta di autore di colonne sonore per il cinema.
Hal Lindes ha suonato la chitarra anche nell'album Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors, il primo lavoro solista del cantautore scozzese Fish.
