Mariel Hemingway

Mariel Hemingway (Mill Valley, 22 novembre 1961) è un'attrice statunitense.
Nipote del celebre scrittore Ernest e sorella di Margaux, accanto ala quale esordisce nel 1976 nel film Lipstick. Margaux, dopo una vita breve ed infelice, muore probabilmente suicida nel 1996. Nel 1980, a soli 19 anni, Mariel ottiene la nomination all'Oscar come migliore attrice non protagonista per il film Manhattan di Woody Allen, ma a questo successo non segue una carriera artistica altrettanto brillante, infatti la Hemingway non è mai riuscita a diventare una star. È sposata con il regista Stephen Crisman : hanno una figlia, Dree Louise, affermata modella e attrice.
