Hugh Percy, II duca di Northumberland
Lord Hugh Percy, II duca del Northumberland (Coventry, 14 agosto 1742 – Kingston-upon-Hull, 10 luglio 1817), è stato un generale britannico.

Figlio di Lord Hugh-Waldemar Percy, I duca del Northumberland, e Lady Elizabeth Seymour, figlia di Lord Thomas Seymour, I visconte di Weysmouth.
Entrò a soli quindici anni in fanteria e a diciassette divenne capitano, e in questa vece partecipò alle battaglie di Bergen, contro Victor-Francois, II duca di Broglie, e di Minden, contro Louis Georges Érasme de Contages de Montgeoffroi.
Nel 1855 sposò Lady Anne Chrichton-Stuart, figlia di John Stuart, III conte di Bute.
Nel 1766 divenne membro del Parlamento rappresentando il Northumberlandshire mentre nel 1764 era stato nominato aiutante di campo del re.
Partecipò alla Rivoluzione americana, e sostituendo Francis Smith, venne sconfitto nella Battaglia di Lexington e Concordia da John Parker, William Hearth e Joseph Warren
Combatte anche le battaglie di Bunker Hill e di Long Island.
Nel 1777 fu promosso tenente generale.
Fu Intendente del Northumberland dal 1786 al 1796 e Vice Lord Viceammiraglio del Northumberland a vita.
Fu protettore, insieme al figlio primogenito, Lord Hugh-Derek Percy, III duca del Northumberland, del fratellastro James Smithson.
