Guy Picciotto (Washington, 17 settembre 1965[3]) è un chitarrista, cantante, produttore discografico e ingegnere del suono statunitense, celebre per essere stato uno dei componenti dei Rites of Spring fino al 1986, anno del loro scioglimento, e, a partire dal 1987, dei Fugazi.
