Sir Alan Ayckbourn (Londra, 12 aprile 1939) è un drammaturgo britannico. È autore di brillanti commedie di ambiente moderno borghese tra cui "Camere da letto" (Bedroom Farce), "Family circles", "Sinceramente bugiardi" e "Confusioni" (Confusions). Nel 1987 è stato insignito del titolo di Comandante dell'Ordine dell'Impero Britannico.
