Maybe you already figured it out on your own, anyway the {{Monitoraggio}} table is used by some it.wiki projects - not even all of them - to monitor pages relevant to their scope. There is no France project here, so it is an invalid entry for the Monitoraggio table. Moreover, that table should be completed with evaluation parameters to be of any real help, and evaluation on the quality (or lack thereof) of the various aspects of the page should be performed by someone fluent in Italian. Hi, I'm sorry I didn't follow the article in recent times, merely because with some 20k articles in watchlist as I have, it's easy to get distracted :-| Well, one month ago I was asking other users to express an opinion about notability, and all remained silent. I believe we can conclude that there shouldn't be a problem if the article remains. You have to consider that usually the average it.Wikipedian is slightly less inclusionist than his collegue from en.wp, so this silence is not bad news. Yes, this is holidays time in Italy, so many users are afk, nevertheless the question was asked and no one was against this possibility.
I understand that those sources are the ones we have, by now; honestly I hope that something more specific can be found in the sense in which we discussed before, and perhaps they can be found among the many sources displayed in the English version of the article. I believe in Semptember we will be able to remove the template and let the article grow. The text in tifinagh can be transcribed in latin alphabet as: tamawast n umawa d wassay

Most of these words are neologisms and I cannot find in the existing dictionaries. Here is the translation of each word:

• tamawast = ministry
• n = of
• umawa (annexed state of amawa) = ? equipment ?
• d = and
• wassay (annexed state of assay) = ? transport (and logistics)?

I don't know what happened, maybe I was not careful, maybe the ministry changed the image. The text I read now is somehow different from the above. Firstly, it seems that I forgot (or maybe someone recently added) a couple of words at the end:

t(a)mawast n umawa d wassay d tlujistit

• d = and
• tlujistit (annexed state of talujistit) = logistics

Another difference with the text I transcribed is the first word, which now appears as tmawast and not as tamawast. The latter form should be the "regular" one, the other one is the "annexed" form, which has no sense in this position. The fall of the vowel a in this phonetic context (when one consonant follows) is regular in some dialects (so called Zanata dialects), but the majority of Moroccan Berbers are not Zanata.

The tifinagh transcription of what I read now is: ⵜⵎⴰⵡⴰⵙⵜ ⵏ ⵓⵎⴰⵡⴰ ⴷ ⵡⴰⵙⵙⴰⵢ ⴷ ⵜⵍⵓⵊⵉⵙⵜⵉⵜ, but the expected "correct" spelling is ⵜⴰⵎⴰⵡⴰⵙⵜ ⵏ ⵓⵎⴰⵡⴰ ⴷ ⵡⴰⵙⵙⴰⵢ ⴷ ⵜⵍⵓⵊⵉⵙⵜⵉⵜ

The information that you claimed did not exist is found in the incipit of the article, translated literally from the entry into English and is: "A causa della presenza di attività asiatiche, c'è un malinteso nell'area ad ovest di Chinatown considerata una continuazione del quartiere. Questo è, tuttavia, un altro quartiere noto come Little Saigon. [2] Beltway 8 divide l'enclave cinese da quella vietnamita".

which means: Due to the continuation of Asian businesses, there is a misconception the area West of Chinatown is a continuation of the neighborhood. This is, however, another distinct neighborhood known as Little Saigon.[2] Beltway 8 divides the Chinese enclave from the Vietnamese one. I don't know where you see the error!
