Hot Sauce Committee Part Two è l'ottavo album in studio dei Beastie Boys. La sua pubblicazione era inizialmente prevista per il 15 settembre 2009 con il titolo Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1, ma venne posticipata quando a uno dei membri del trio, Adam "MCA" Yauch (poi scomparso nel 2012), fu diagnosticato un cancro.[1] Il primo titolo pensato per il disco è stato Tadlock's Glasses.[2]
