Il Premio Walter Scott (Walter Scott Prize for historical fiction) e un riconoscimento assegnato annualmente al miglior romanzo storico[1].
Istituito nel 2010 dal Duca di Buccleuch e consorte[2], intende omaggiare Walter Scott, considerato il padre del moderno romanzo storico[3].
Assegnato a giugno all'interno del Border Book Festival[4] riconosce al vincitore un premio di 25000 sterline[5] mentre ogni finalista ne riceve 1500[6].
