Ronnie Earl, nato Ronald Horvath (Queens, 10 marzo 1953), è un chitarrista statunitense.

Nato nel Queens (New York), si è formato a Boston.
Nel 1979 è diventato chitarrista della band Roomful of Blues.
Nel 1984 ha formato una sua band chiamata The Broadcasters, con cui pubblica numerosi album nel corso degli anni seguenti. La prima formazione del gruppo comprendeva Darrell Nulisch (cantante), Jerry Portnoy (armonica), Steve Gomes (basso) e Per Hanson (batteria). Il gruppo ha pubblicato il primo album Soul Searchin nel 1988.
Per quattro volte (1997, 1999, 2014, 2018) ha vinto il premio Blues Music Award come chitarrista dell'anno. È stato Professore Associato di chitarra al Berklee College of Music.
