Lost and Found è un album in inglese di Graziano Romani, pubblicato nel 2002 e da molti fans considerato come il quinto album dei Rocking Chairs.
Sul retro della copertina dell'album, il cantautore Elliott Murphy ha così commentato l'opera di Graziano:
«[...] I was so impressed by Graziano's humilty and dedication, and his amazingly powerful voice [...] The man hardly needs a microphone! [...] And the guys in the band were really cool: The big bad rhythm section of 'Rigo' Righetti and Robbie Pellati and quiet guitar whiz Mel Previte [...] An italian band (The Rocking Chairs) singing in english and even singing original songs that were probably too strong and truthful even to be played on american radio [...]»
