Greta Ray (born 23 April 1999) known by her stage name Greta Ray, is an Italian singer, songwriter, record producer and model based in Cantù, Italy. In 2016 she partecipate at the national talent show 'Bravissima' created by Valerio Merola winning in the category 'Best Fashion Model'. In the same year she was the winner of the national talent show 'Sanremo Music Awards' in the category 'Best Female Voice'.
Biography
[modifica | modifica wikitesto]Greta Ray grew up in Cantù, Italy. At the age of seven she received her first keyboard and was the lead singer in the school choir. In 2015 she was asked to partecipate at the talent show 'Bravissima', for the preparation and improvement of her vocal performance she got in touch with the piano- and singing teacher Massimiliano Cenatiempo. She won in the category 'Best Fashion Model'. Massimiliano Cenatiempo immediately recognized her ability in singing and at the same time her grace in posing as a model. She started to take singing lessons in his sound studios and he became her manager. In the following years they partecipate at various music events and fashion shows. From January to June 2016 Greta took part in the regional television music program 'Bravissima' presented by Valerio Merola. In June 2016 she participate at the talent show „Sanremo Music Awards“ winning in the category „Best Female Voice“. In the same time Greta was engaged in several fashion and modeling events. In June 2016 she walked the catwalk for Chiara Boni at the “Milano Fashion Excellence's Gala”. In May 2017 she became testimonial for the new fashion producer JustItaly. She attended to more than 350 photo shootings.
On August 18, 2017 Greta and Massimiliano met the entrepreneur and photographer Martin Moog for a shooting session of three days. Together they immediately acquired a trustful and amicable relationship. At the same time Greta had her first song ready to be published in the drawer. Martin was enthusiast of the versatility and great talent of Greta and the professional management in which Massimiliano guide her throughout the previous three years. On September 28, 2017 together they founded the talent and model agency MMG Trend Production srls. Her first song „Il mio domani“ written by Massimo Tornese, Andrea Gallo and Massimiliano Cenatiempo was released on October 1, 2017. Her second track „A Roma un venerdi“ was released on April 7, 2017.
