SPV GmbH è un'etichetta discografica indipendente tedesca, fondata nel 1984 in Germania da Manfred Schütz come distributore nel paese, della Roadrunner Records. È diventato lentamente uno dei più grandi distributori di etichette indipendenti, come per esempio le sotto-label di musica heavy metal Steamhammer, Synthetic Symphony, Oblivion, SPV Recordings, Audiopharm, e la label di musica progressiva Inside Out.
