Hello,

I'm an administrator at the Romanian Wikipedia -- my username there is Gutza. We're trying to decide whether to use voting as a decision tool -- in effect introducing binding votes as a solution when consensus fails. One of the prominent models that has been cited was your Wikipedia. How are you using polls? (I take it that sondaggi means polls, please let me know if I'm wrong). When and how do you decide that starting a poll is the right thing? How do you ensure that all viewpoints are taken into account?
