The template was apposed for the facebook source (i think), It's not possible to verify the licence from facebook. I don't know if now it's all fine, in the page of the University the licence is non specified but i believe it could be used respecting other little integrations. [@ Ruthven] thanks for responding. I think it may qualify as fair use as other organizations logos isn't it? Or you have another policy regarding that? In both ar. And en. Wiki policies it is allowed as sort of fair use. Is the situation same here or different?. Please look for Licensing here because such governmental organizations cannot give rights of their logos! [@ Ruthven] thanks. Oh no that's very difficult! Sorry for repetitive questions but i want to know How are you dealing with logos of Italian universities? Are they all under public domain? Another thing is why no fair use in it. Wiki as the servers are in USA? Is there a local laws/legislations in Italy that prevent employing fair use? [@ مصعب] It depends, but generally Italian universities are very old, so the coat of arms is in the public domain, e.g. File:Seal of the University of Bologna.svg. For newer ones, Italian law permits a sort of fair use for institutions depending on the Education or Research ministry (see File:Stemma UCSC.png) or we could use an OTRS permission. This usage of copyrighted material is limited here to what permits Italian law; but if Jordan law has something similar, we can see what can be done. Anyways, of course, governmental organizations can give rights of their logos: the director (or someone for him/her) writes a permission email to OTRS releasing the logo with a free license (or even adding the license on their website). --Ruthven (msg) 21:51, 10 mar 2018 (CET)[rispondi]
