Enrico Meneghetti [1] (Pieve di Cadore August 24, 1974) is an Italian-born real estate investor and developer, CEO of ENMA CAPITAL & PARTNERS Limited [2].

He studied in high school at the Istituti Filippin [3] and at the University of Padua he studied engineering.

His background is in M&A and real estate private equity investment in Switzerland and in Italy.

He have experience in real estate, analysis, planning, development and management and he is carrying out 2 projects in Sardinia (the new Rosewood Porto Cervo [4][5] [6] [7] and the new Delano Porto Cervo). [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]

With Banca FININT [14] he did the set up and sponsored with QUIANTO CAPITAL Limited [15][16] a real estate securitization vehicle called OCTANTO REV 1 authorized by the Banca d'Italia in June 2020 to select institutional and professional investors wishing to participate in the requalification and repositioning investments of real estate assets in the hospitality market in Italy. Enrico Meneghetti's real estate career begins with the acquisition and resale of a group of residential and commercial properties in Switzerland by the Vaudoise Vie insurance and banking group Credit Suisse.

He then buys and develops various residential and hotel investments in Switzerland with the company ENMA HOLDING SA (CHE) [21], which focused on the management of real estate in Switzerland. His company then entered the design and construction industry with a focus on high-rise luxury villas, condominium and hotel buildings in Switzerlkand.

He was the promoter of the group of private investors for the management and development of the Lugano Airport [22] with an investment of 60 Mio.CHF. [23] [24] [25]

Meneghetti is a sports enthusiast, as a young he was a great skier and then a golf player [26][27] and finally a polo player of which he was a member of the organizing committee together with the FISE of the snowpolo event in Cortina d'Ampezzo [28] [29] [30]
