Last year Bsc. student in Computer Science, and Economy.
Active in multiple Wikimedia projects since May 2009.
I am experienced at giving (technical) support from my job in the past 3 years.
I am politically active in the Israeli Labor Party, and I volunteered in it's elections-HQ both for making phone calls to potential voters, and operating an information stall in the heart of Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Those tasks require great patience, politeness, and friendliness.
