Vincenzo era il figlio di Nicola Mastronardi e Giulia Stigliano. Ha tre sorelle confermate, Antonia Maria, n. 1826; Leonarda Maria, n. 1838; Marilia Maria, n. 1840.

Vincenzo was the son of Nicola Mastronardi and Giulia Stigliano. He has three confirmed sisters, Antonia Maria, b. 1826; Leonarda Maria, b. 1838; Marilia Maria, b. 1840.

Vincenzo era sposato con Angela Maria D'Attile, n. 1826. Hanno avuto due figlie, Giulia, n. 1856 e Grazia Maria, n. 1861 (pochi mesi prima della morte di Vincenzo).

Vincenzo was married to Angela Maria D'Attile, b. 1826. They had two daughters, Giulia, b. 1856 and Grazia Maria, b. 1861 (a few months before Vincenzo's death).
