There is a mistake between diferent languages pages. This article only refers to this particular technology. The eglish article refers to all groud-level power suply. But it lacks on explanations when it comes to stream.

So, the Italian article is more complete, but only refers to one technology. I don't think the two should be linked as different languages articles over the same subject because they aren't about the same subject. (sory for writing in english in the italian wiki, but this is a multi-language issue. And also, I don't know Italian)

Hello you're right, but looking at the article's history, it appears that the links to the other languages were added automatically by a bot script, who's not able to analyze and compare the actual contents at this level of detail. In any case, your observation is correct, since this article only deals with one very specific usage of this technology and not with its generality. The links to other wikis have been removed.
