In August 2023, I, Giovanni Vaiano from Pompeii, received an email from Damian Lee, who provided him with a draft of the page to be revised in English. This email referred to to the Canonization Cause of Bartolo Longo. He was contacted by the Carabinieri of Pompeii to confirm the sending of the email.

On April 9, 2024, he found myself summoned to the Carabinieri station, where he was met by Marshal Aniello Celentano. With diligence, Celentano inquired about the email allegedly sent by him in August 2023, a communication supposedly reaching global recipients. A document was promptly drafted and signed by him under Celentano's supervision, attesting solely to the email's transmission for informational purposes, without any intent of filing a complaint. Despite his request, a copy of the document escaped his grasp, leaving him without tangible evidence of the exchange.

Dr. Leslie Groom, a psychologist, recorded several video messages discussing events related to Vaiano’s family. These videos were published on YouTube in both English and Italian versions.

In June 2021, a registered letter was sent by Vaiano, along with his psychologist, to Antonello Perillo of TG3 CAMPANIA in Naples, containing information relevant to a publication on radio and television channels. This communication was to integrate drafted material with details requested by the sender and their psychologist. Specifically, it highlighted an article authored by the sender on February 21, 2005, concerning initial evidence in the investigation of the murder of his mother, Fertitta Eva Concetta.

Following investigations by the Italian judiciary into the murder of Fertitta Eva Concetta and related evidence of illicit activities involving weapons, drugs, and explosives orchestrated by criminal Luigi Verlezza and his associates, proceedings were halted and archived in October 2004. Subsequently, an inquiry conducted by Vaiano Giovanni and attorney Giuseppe Ceccarelli, representative of the sanctuary of Pompeii, concluded in July 2005. The findings were then transmitted to President George W. Bush of the United States through the U.S. consulate in Naples and the U.S. Embassy in Rome by Consul Suneta L. Haliburton and Ambassador Ronald P. Spogli, respectively. On July 15, 2005, six DVD discs containing evidence of the criminal activities and the murder of Fertitta Eva Concetta were delivered to the U.S. Embassy in Rome following a letter transmitted to the consulate in Naples on July 8, 2005.
