Hi, on German, Czech and Slovak Wikipedia there is the blackout planned on 21st of March 2019 because of the EU Copyright Directive. The thing is that we prepared our own page on Slovak Wikipedia which we thought would be displayed during the blackout as the only page (similarly to your page in July 2018). But then users from Czech Wikipedia told us that we can only do the translation of template on Meta that is going to be shown on the day of the blackout. My question is how did you do the blackout on Italian Wikipedia in July 2018 from the technical side? Did you create your own page? Thanks for all the answers, --~~~~
