Please check SUL account for Йо Асакура. When a SUL account is created, that username is reserved on every project except for those listed under List of unattached accounts. That list doesn't include it.wiki - it means Йо Асакура is already reserved for your account by the global system. Just log in as Йо Асакура. ary29 (msg) 19:50, 3 dic 2012 (CET)
"Non é possibile creare l'account: il nome utente richiesto é giá stato preso nel sistema del login unificato" means "It is not possible to create the account: the username requested is already taken by the unified login system". That's exactly the reason why we cannot change the local username from Асакура Йо to Йо Асакура - the system doesn't allow it, because Йо Асакура is already reserved for the SUL account.
