please correct: - the catholicity is not the “religione di stato” of the vatican city state… the vatican city state is a sovereign territorial entity given to the roman pontif by the kingdom of italy to permit him to administrate his affairs as the head of the catholic church… so, the vatican city state is posed under to the roman pontif, but with a “fundamental law” that doesn’t coincide with the “codex ivris canonici”… in no article of the “fundamental law” there is an official declaration of the catholicity of the state, basically supposing what follows: 1st: the territory was yet catholic under the papal state. 2nd: the territory was officially catholic under the kingdom of italy, even if the kingdom of italy was born as an anti-catholic state. 3rd: so, for both, the catholicity of the state was supposed as in continuity. 4th: but the presence of an un-confessional “fundamental law” can be meant in another way, which is “two powers, two entities”… under the same roman pontif, the catholic church for the religious affairs, and the lay vatican city state for the ordinary administration of “temporal” affairs. — so, the matter isn’t easy to be clarified, but needs to be! cheers, ferrara don rosarioQuesto commento senza la firma utente è stato inserito da 79.12.127.157 (discussioni · contributi) 15:32, 22 mar 2020‎ (CET).[rispondi]

Saluti, Micheledisaverio
