Hüseyin Emre Sakçı may be his official name, but the first one of these names, Hüseyin, is what we call "göbek adı" in Turkish, it is not really used. Emre Sakçı would be the correct form, as in several other WPs. Let me try to explain what "göbek adı" is. It is a name given to the child at the moment of cutting the umblical cord. (Göbek means "belly" in Turkish.) It is normally a name of one of the grandparents, and as such, in many cases an "old - fashioned" name which people later do not use at all, or hide behind an initial, like, say H. Emre Sakçı.
