Scusi, no parlamo Italiano :-( Monnickendam was not a fumettista, he was a businessman, head of the merchandising branch of editor Dupuis, which was the publisher of the Smurfs. The "fumettisti" of the Smurfs were Peyo with th ecollaboration of Yvan Delporte (writer). Similarly, Monnickendam did not create the Snorks, he only made the deal to create a TV series.
