Čeština: Vlajka obce Lhotka nad Labem, okres Litoměřice. Prapor tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, červený, vlnitý bílý se třemi vrcholy a dvěma prohlubněmi a zvlněný modrý, v poměru 7:1:2. V červeném pruhu dva odkloněné obilné klasy provázené nahoře vinným hroznem a po stranách jablky s odvrácenými listy, vše žluté. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
English: Flag of the Lhotka nad Labem, Litoměřice District municipality. Flag consists of three horizontal stripes - red, wavy white with three peaks and two pits and a wavy blue, in the ratio of 7:1:2. Red stripe yields two averted wheat ears, grapevine in the top middle and two apples on the sides, also with averted stems, all of those symbols in yellow colour. Flag ratio is 2:3.
