Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia with this username. This is because your username, Frabot, contains the suffix "-bot", which is generally reserved for authorized bot accounts

You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines and create the account yourself. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:

  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} on your user talk page. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "E-mail this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you think that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Jackmcbarn (talk) 15:13, 7 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Riccardo Stefanelli, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:36, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Riccardo Stefanelli

Hello, Frabot. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Riccardo Stefanelli".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Riccardo Stefanelli}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Calliopejen1 (talk) 00:10, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I have been blocked because of my nickname, Frabot, which is actually coming from my name, Francesco, and surname, Bottigliero. I personally consider very superficial blocking a nickname because it sounds like a bot. Can you imagine how many million person around the world have a surname that includes the three letters "bot" in sequence in their surnames (or even names)?

Decline reason:

Wikipedia uses the naming convention that names ending in "bot" represent automated accounts, as opposed to accounts operated manually by human beings. That means that allowing other accounts to end in "bot" would be likely to mislead other editors, and therefore policy does not allow it. How many people have names containing the sequence of letters "bot" is irrelevant, because none of those people is obliged to use that sequence as the last three letters of their user name. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This user is asking to be unblocked to request a change in username.

Administrators should consider discussing any unblock with the blocking administrator (see the blocking policy).

Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, please place {{subst:Unblock on hold-notification | 1=Frabotti}} on the administrator's talk page. Then replace this template with the following:

{{unblock-un on hold | 1=blocking administrator | 2=Frabotti | 4=~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following:

{{unblock-un reviewed | 1=Frabotti | accept=Allowing username change to requested username. Please select an option from [[Wikipedia:Changing username]] and file a request as soon as possible to avoid re-blocking. ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following, replacing {{subst:Decline reason here}} with any specific rationale. If you do not edit the text after "decline=", a default reason why the request was declined will be inserted.

{{unblock-un reviewed | 1=Frabotti | decline={{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}
