Ca' Caotorta or Palazzo Caotorta is a 15th-century palace on the Fondamenta de la Miseoricordia street number 2625, that faces Rio de la Misericordia at the confluence of the Rio Lustaferi, near to Palazzo Longo and the Madonna dell'Orto, in the sestiere of Cannaregio, in Venice, northern Italy.

The building was commissioned during the 15th century, in the splendor age of the Republic of Venice by the patrician Caotorta dynasty. The patrician branch of the family Caotorta lived here until 1791, when she died after the death of Marin Anzolo. In recent decades Ca' Caotorta was remodeled for the current owners.

the façade is characterized by the tripartition of the openings, and in particular by the presence of the Serlian window, also known as Venetian window, large tripartite window in the central main floor, which constitutes a key element of XV and XVI century's venetian architecture.

The facade is asymmetrical as the building was probably left incomplete as is not infrequently found in the urban fabric of the Venetian city. The building lacks therefore the left wing and is divided into two parts between the central lounge and the right wing, in which the rooms and services are located . The right wing is divided into a corridor that serves the dining room-kitchen, a toilet, two bedrooms and a storage room. The palace has three full floors and a mezzanine above the ground floor.

On the ground floor, on the right, there is a rectangular portal to the Fondamenta de la Misericordia, flanked by two rectangular windows. There are three square windows on the left side. The mezzanine has two rectangular windows only on the left side. The main floor has a triple window with a projecting balcony on the right side. While the middle window is equipped with a round arch, the two outer windows of the arrangement have a rectangular skylight. To the left of it there are two arched windows, each with a small balcony. There are five rectangular windows on the second floor; the second from the right (above the right arched window on the first floor) is slightly wider than the others. The facade is closed off at the top by a toothed eaves. There is a large dormer window above.
