Hi, I'm the bureaucrat of Bengali wikipedia. I looked into your note in the discussion page there, and checked the edits at the Jana Gana Mana page. The diff you show i.e. the edits by the anon user are incorrect. The version on the left by DodekBot is correct. The right side, added by the anon user 89.97... is incorrect, because, he is placing the vowel symbols in the wrong place. Note that, this may be unintentional, as mis-configured computers (which doesn't have proper Bengali unicode support) show the correct text incorrectly. So, I assume that the anon user is himself seeing the correct text in the wrong way, and therefore trying to "fix" it. Please tell him to configure his browser by looking into en:WP:INDIC.
