Hi. The answer is: sources. You never indicated any source in the article. So I have to protect the right version, conforming with sources stated in article.
On topic: we have sources that use "Viktoria" as full name and "Vita" as nikname: Sport-references, usually vere accurate about name's orthography - more accurate than IBU or FIS sites... But is not the only one: on uk.wiki I find this Ukrainan governative site with "Вікторія", and this one. Of course, we have to consider the source you propose too, but we have to discuss that.
However, the correct way to discuss about this issues is 1.add sources in the article, and than 2.discuss of them on article's tall page. Not edit wars. I have opened the correct discussion here, I hope to see you. Bye, --CastaÑa 15:00, 24 mag 2013 (CEST)
