The Great American Bash (1990) fu la sesta edizione del pay-per-view di wrestling della serie Great American Bash, la seconda ad essere prodotta dalla World Championship Wrestling sotto l'egida della National Wrestling Alliance. L'evento si svolse il 7 luglio 1990 presso la Baltimore Arena di Baltimora, Maryland. Lo show vide il debutto in WCW di Big Van Vader.

Nel main event della serata, Ric Flair difese l'NWA World Heavyweight Championship contro Sting. Sting schienò Flair e vinse il titolo dopo aver ribaltato la sua mossa di sottomissione Figure Four Leglock. Durante il match, The Steiner Brothers, Paul Orndorff e Junkyard Dog (i "Dudes with Attitudes") circondarono il ring per prevenire interferenze da parte dei Four Horsemen in favore di Flair. Per l'intera durata dell'incontro, Ole Anderson restò ammanettato a El Gigante.
