The Beatles Bootleg Recordings 2013 è una compilation di bootleg inediti dei Beatles del 2013, rilasciata esclusivamente sull'ITunes Store. L'uscita dell'album fu programmata per estendere il copyright delle registrazioni del 1963 ai sensi della legislazione dell'Unione europea di 20 anni, in quanto l'UE protegge le registrazioni per 70 anni solo se vengono pubblicate formalmente.[1][2]

Descrizione

L'album contiene 15 outtakes e 42 brani live suonati per la BBC Radio, in aggiunta ai brani inclusi in Live at the BBC e On Air - Live at the BBC Volume 2.[3] Inoltre, sono anche incluse due demo di John Lennon, ovvero Bad to Me e I'm in Love, brani dati dal duo Lennon-McCartney ai Billy J. Kramer with the Dakotas ed ai Fourmost rispettivamente.[1]
