La Super Cup 2025 (Ottobre) è la 6ª edizione del torneo calcistico indiano della Super Cup. Inizierà il 25 ottobre 2025 e finirà il 22 novembre. L'edizione precedente è stata vinta dal FC Goa.

Squadre partecipanti

Alla competizione partecipano le 13 squadre di Super League e 3 di I-League. A seguito del ritiro del Real Kashmir, dovuto all'impossibilità di assicurare in tempo i suoi giocatori stranieri, la squadra è stata sostituita dal Dempo.

Il sorteggio per la fase a gironi si svolgerà presso l'AIFF Football House di Nuova Delhi giovedì 25 settembre 2025.

12 squadre ISL (esclusa Odisha) e 6 squadre I-League (Inter Kashi, Real Kashmir, Gokulam Kerala, Rajasthan United, Dempo e Namdhari) hanno confermato la loro partecipazione alla Kalinga Super Cup. Le prime quattro squadre I-League, secondo la classifica della stagione 2024-25, si sono qualificate direttamente per la fase a gironi della Supercoppa come I-League 1, I-League 2, I-League 3 e I-League 4.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant e FC Goa , le prime due squadre ISL, sono state piazzate in cima al Gruppo A e B rispettivamente come A1 e B1. Le restanti squadre sono state divise in due fasce, con le 10 squadre dell'Indian Super League, piazzate nella Fascia 1, in base ai loro punti nell'ISL 2024-25.

Quindi le 10 squadre ISL riempiranno i posti in quattro gruppi. Le prime due squadre estratte dalla Fascia 1 saranno piazzate nei Gruppi C e D e prenderanno rispettivamente la posizione C1 e D1 e così via. Le quattro squadre I-League sono poste nella Fascia 2. Le squadre estratte dalla Fascia 2 saranno piazzate in sequenza nei quattro gruppi.
