Il Golden Globe per la migliore attrice in un film drammatico (Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama) viene assegnato alla miglior attrice drammatica dall'Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
Fino al 1950 il nome esatto del premio era Golden Globe per la miglior attrice.
