Outlaws è il nome di una band southern rock fondata a Tampa Florida, USA nel 1972 da Hughie Thomasson (Voce e Chitarra), Henry Paul (Voce e Chitarra), Frank O'Keefe (Basso) e Monte Yoho (Batteria) cui si aggiunse nel 1973 il chitarrista e cantante Billy Jones. Il leader originario, Hughie Thomasson, autore di There goes another love song, per lungo tempo in tournée con i Lynyrd Skynyrd e che ha fatto rivivere i fasti chitarristici di Allen Collins, è deceduto nel settembre 2007 a soli 55 anni per un attacco cardiaco ed era da poco rientrato nella sua band originaria.
