Second Skin è stato il secondo album della band rock americana The Mayfield Four. Due singoli sono stati prelevati dalla album: Sick and Wrong e "Eden (Turn the Page)." Il cantante Myles Kennedy ha dichiarato che "Sick and Wrong" e "Flatley's Crutch " sono le uniche canzoni che ha scritto contenenti linguaggio volgare.
