Michael Ironside

Michael Ironside (Toronto, 12 febbraio 1950) è un attore canadese.

Oltre che attore ha lavorato come regista, doppiatore, sceneggiatore e produttore.

Ha avuto ruolo di rilievo in vari film famosi, come ad esempio Top Gun, Atto di forza e Starship Troopers - Fanteria dello spazio e in molte serie televisive tra le quali Visitors e Smallville.

Dalla prima moglie ha avuto una figlia: Adrienne.

Nel 1986 si è sposato con Karen Dimwiddie, dalla quale ha avuto una figlia: Findlay.

Ha anche interpretato la parte di Jack Granger, generale della fazione del GDI, nel gioco Command and Conquer 3 - Tiberium Wars, uscito nel 2007. Tra i suoi ruoli più importanti come doppiatore si ricorda quello di Sam Fisher, personaggio principale della serie di videogiochi Splinter Cell.

Ha anche interpretato 4 episodi della serie televisiva Walker Texas Ranger,nelle vesti del "Presidente".
