Martha Rose Reeves, conosciuta anche con il nome d'arte di Martha LaVaille[1][2] (Eufaula, 18 luglio 1941), è una cantante statunitense (segnatamente: afroamericana), dedita principalmente ai generi pop-soul-R&B e professionalmente in attività dalla fine degli anni cinquanta[1][3][4], prima come componente di gruppi quali The Fascinations, Martha Reeves & The Sweet Things, The Del-Phis e soprattutto Martha and the Vandellas (di cui è stata la leader)[1][3][4][5] e poi - a partire dalla metà degli anni settanta[1][4] - come solista.
Da solista, ha pubblicato 6 album, il primo dei quali è l'album eponimo del 1974.[4][5]
È inserita nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.[3]
