Jewel Belair Staite (White Rock, 2 giugno 1982) è un'attrice canadese.
È conosciuta per il suo ruolo di Kaylee, il meccanico nella serie Firefly e nel film conclusivo della serie Serenity. Ha interpretato la Dr. Jennifer Keller nella 4ª e 5ª stagione di Stargate Atlantis, comparendo anche alla fine della 3ª, sempre nello stesso ruolo.
