Il Golden Globe per il migliore attore non protagonista è un premio cinematografico, assegnato annualmente negli Stati Uniti dalla HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association), composta da 90 giornalisti esteri del settore, al miglior attore con ruolo di supporto.

Il premio venne istituito nel 1944.
