Pubblicato nell'aprile del 1993, proietta la band ai vertici delle classifiche di vendita grazie all'immediato successo del singolo Dreams (molto utilizzato in seguito in televisione per film, telefilm e pubblicità) e nonostante una partenza difficile con il singolo precedente, Uncertain.

L'album è stato ripubblicato nel 2002 con il titolo Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We? (complete sessions 1991-1993) che include le tracce:
