Daren Jay Ashba (Monticello, 10 novembre 1972) è un chitarrista e cantautore statunitense.
Attualmente è chitarrista dei Guns N' Roses[1] e Sixx:A.M., ed è anche noto per il suo lavoro con i gruppi di genere hair metal, ovvero BulletBoys e Beautiful Creatures.
Ashba ha inoltre lavorato con vari artisti, tra cui Motley Crue, Drowning Pool, Marion Raven e Aimee Allen.
