Dave John Matthews (Johannesburg, 9 gennaio 1967) è un cantautore, chitarrista e attore sudafricano naturalizzato statunitense. È meglio conosciuto come il leader, cantante e chitarrista della Dave Matthews Band, ma ha anche lavorato come solista o con altri musicisti come Tim Reynolds e Trey Anastasio. È anche un attore occasionale, comparso in numerosi lungometraggi.
