Billy Dee Williams (6 aprile 1937) è un attore statunitense. E' famoso per aver interpretato il ruolo di Lando Calrissian nella saga fantascientifica Guerre Stellari di George Lucas. Ha partecipato con ruoli minori anche in Batman, nel ruolo di Harvey Dent e nelle serie televisive come I Griffin, Lost e Scrubs - Medici ai primi ferri.
